RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
1. General Provisions
1.1. Deficiencies of sold goods are eliminated, and defective goods are exchanged or returned in accordance with the Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania dated 29 June 2001 “On the Approval of the Rules for Return and Exchange of Items,” except in cases where the contract cannot be canceled under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania (e.g., for the sale of hygiene products such as bedding). 1.2. Refunds for returned goods are always transferred only to the buyer’s bank account.
2. Return Procedure
2.1. To return a product(s) under the conditions stated in these rules, the Buyer must do so within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of delivery by informing the Seller via the contact methods provided in the Contact section. The Buyer must specify:

the name of the product to be returned,

the order number,

the reason for the return.
2.2. When returning goods, the Buyer must comply with the following conditions:
2.2.1. The returned product must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
2.2.2. The product must not be damaged by the Buyer.
2.2.3. The product must be unused and retain its original appearance (labels intact, protective films not removed, etc.), except when returning a defective item.
2.2.4. The product must be in the same configuration as received by the Buyer.
2.2.5. Proof of purchase must be provided.
2.3. The Seller reserves the right to reject the return if the Buyer fails to comply with the conditions specified in clause 2.2.
3. Return of Incorrect or Defective Goods
3.1. If the Buyer receives an incorrect or defective product, the Seller undertakes to collect such goods and replace them with equivalent, proper items.
3.2. If the Seller does not have suitable replacement items, the Buyer will be refunded the full amount paid, including delivery costs.
